This morning at an @indy Chamber Pancakes and Politics event, our own D. Hall spent some after-session time with @state Senator Greg Taylor (D - Indianapolis). Opioids, drug policy, and other workforce-readiness and workforce health issues are a priority this session. pic.twitter.com/2DqJ1lbMll

HIP Link Info

HIP Link BannerToday, thousands of hardworking Hoosiers are unable to afford health care. Even given the choice through their employer’s coverage, many simply can’t afford it. HIP Link puts health care within reach for those who are forced to opt out due to cost.

In order to participate, an employer register their health plans and then eligible employees are able to sign up with the state. Once the employee is registered, the employer will deduct the premium from their pay like normal, but the State will compensate the employee directly for their premium minus a small contribution.
