Indianapolis, IN — Indiana is recognized with the Blue Ribbon of Excellence Award by the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) at its virtual Annual Convention and Exhibition.
Indiana State Association of Health Underwriters (ISAHU) was recognized for this award as part of NAHU’s Chapter Certification Program, which is an ongoing program that recognizes excelling chapters throughout the calendar year.
“The leadership of NAHU members has a far-reaching impact on providing for the healthcare needs of individuals, families and business in their communities. We are grateful for ISAHU’s hard work with chapter development and recognize them for their efforts with this well-deserved award,” said NAHU CEO Janet Trautwein.
“ISAHU is proud to have received this award recognizing the great work done each day by seven local chapter Presidents and their respective board of directors. This is the second consecutive year that all seven local chapters were recognized by NAHU for being certified.” Said Jeff Goodwin, president of ISAHU. “SouthCentralIndianaAHU has earned the highest certification at the Platinum level for five consecutive years. No other NAHU local chapter in the country was certified as Platinum this year.”
The Indiana State Association of Health Underwriters represents brokers, agents, and health and life insurance professionals across Indiana plus Indiana’s seven local chapters. ISAHU supports its members’ health and financial security needs through charity events, networking, conferences and summits, and online learning.
