By Mike Ripley, ISAHU President
The ISAHU Board would like to take a moment to celebrate the success of the ISAHU Annual Convention/R3 Leadership Conference held last month in Indianapolis!
Over 200 people turned out
For starters, we had over 200 folks pass through our doors during the 3-day event; members not only from Indiana, but also from Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Michigan, and Illinois! A large number of vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors joined us from all over the country as well. We had people in from as far away as California!
Due to the short amount of space that I’m allotted in this newsletter, I can’t mention all the names here, but we will celebrate their support elsewhere in this issue. One exhibitor mentioned that he “Made a lot of great contacts!” Another mentioned that “The venue was great!” Union Station sure was beautiful, and if you missed it, go check out pictures on our website (www.inahu.org ), they’ll be posted within the next week. The real success story, however, goes out to you, the individual member, for attending. We thank you for spending time with us and we hope you found that time to have been spent wisely. A great big “thanks” goes out as well to the members from outside of Indiana that traveled in to help make the convention a great success.
If you have the opportunity, please take a moment to thank a State board member for the hard work that they put in to make the convention such a success. It would mean the world to them! Also, please do send us your comments and concerns while they are fresh. We are working to get a survey out, but we will take feedback in any form.
