As my term as ISAHU President winds down to a close at the end of this month, I want to sincerely thank my dedicated state board members for all of the work they did to make this past fiscal year as your State President enjoyable as well as successful. As a state board, we have worked well together and accomplished a lot over the past year. We have put several things in place that will make our state association stronger in the future.
I also want to sincerely thank all of the ISAHU membership throughout our state, all local Indiana chapter leadership as well as regional and national NAHU leadership for all of their support. I owe all of you a deep debt of gratitude and it has been a privilege to serve you.
NAHU is a volunteer organization and our membership is composed of a lot of great people who step up to serve every year in leadership positions, committees and as volunteers for many events. I have been a member of this association for 20 years and serving two different terms a decade apart as your State President has been the most satisfying of all of the various leadership positions I have held in my tenure as a member of NAHU. I am confident that under our new incoming State President, Don Griffey, your state association will continue to prosper and be one of the best NAHU state chapters in the country.
